I.Applications
VS-1620A Super-large grinding mill is mainly used in chemical industry such as grinding glass, rubber, pesticides, enamel, paint, phosphate fertilizer, paper. Hardness below seven Moh's hardness following humidity below 6% non-flammable and non-explosive materials. Such as: talc, barite, calcite, limestone, manganese ore, iron ore soil, chrome ore, quartz, gypsum, bentonite, etc.
II. Features and Benefits
- Host Optimization Design ----- Optimized design of the blade device structure, increased buffer mechanism, more stable operation of the host, and further improved performance.
- Reducer Updated ----- The reducer adopts a new type of reducer. The speed of the main engine can be changed from a single speed to the user's demand. The main engine speed can be adjusted (with frequency conversion) to increase the grinding force to increase the output.
- High Classification Accuracy ---- The classifier adopts a built-in large-blade cone turbine classifier to improve the airflow passage area. It is connected by a quick-change locking device and integrated with the main engine, and the overall performance is good (depending on certain materials and fineness or user requirements) The classifier adopts a soft connection form, the classifier is supported by a steel frame, and the steel frame is provided by the user. The finished product granularity is arbitrarily adjusted within 80-400 mesh, and the classification accuracy is high.
- High Collecting Efficiency ------ Cyclone collector adopts parallel double cyclone collector, 10-15% higher than the single cyclone collection efficiency.
- New Concept of Wind Transmission ----- the use of integral high-pressure fan, high assembly precision, more stable fan performance; double the wind pressure, greatly improving the pneumatic conveying capacity. At the same time, circulating water cooling is adopted, which is required to be connected to the cooling circulating water in the final assembly to ensure the continuous and good operation of the system.
