Introduction

GP series high frequency screen is the preferred equipment for wet classification of fine materials (concentration 30% - 40%). The screening efficiency is high, which can greatly reduce the circulating load and the qualified particle size content in the sieve,so as to improve the processing capacity of the mill; In the screening process, the particle size of the material under the screen is strictly controlled to eliminate the adverse effect of coarse ore particles on the concentrate grade; Under the action of high frequency and small amplitude oscillation on the screen surface, the pulp has the function of layering according to density. Fine and heavy materials are easy to settle to the screen surface and pass through the screen, so the grade of the material under the screen can be significantly improved.
